Delle Recruitment are looking for families who require our dedicated team of assistants to help you with your shopping services, sit in services, laundry services and domestic services within the community.
Our staff will assist you within your own home and will need to have a desire and want to assist those who are unable to help themselves with the basic daily tasks. Delle Recruitment family assistants are fully skilled and compassionate towards clients emotional states and are able to help people live a 'normal' life going forward.
Responsibilities and Duties
They will be required to build relationships with you or your family member and understand your interests and needs.
They will assist you with housework, laundry and shopping tasks
They can help with managing daily budgets, paying bills or writing letters
They can support your family with being able to cope with the need for care support.
They can Support other health and social care professionals where required
They can help to organise leisure activities
They can support you with outings where required.
All staff will have to go through an enhanced DBS, ideally a transferable DBS if possible.
